The  water-cooled screw chiller is made of compressor, condenser, evaporator, filter dryer, expansion throttle valve of these five parts in series, which is filled with the right amount of refrigerant by the electrical appliance according to the needs of the environment to control the operation of the compressor to achieve the purpose of refrigeration heat transfer.

compressor

A driven fluid machine that elevates low pressure gas to high pressure. The compressor of the refrigerator is the heart of the refrigeration system, it inhales low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas from the suction tube, and drives the piston to compress it through the motor operation, and discharge the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas to the exhaust pipe to provide power for the refrigeration cycle, so as to achieve the water-cooled screw chiller cycle of compression → condensation → expansion → evaporation (heat absorption).

condenser

The high temperature and high pressure refrigerant vapor discharged by the compressor is condensed into a liquid refrigerant through heat dissipation, and the heat absorbed by the refrigerant from the evaporator is absorbed by the medium (atmosphere) around the condenser.

evaporator

This is where the liquid refrigerant is converted into a gas.

Filter dryer

In the refrigeration system, the role of the filter dryer is to absorb the moisture in the refrigeration system, block the impurities in the system so that it cannot pass, and prevent the ice blockage and dirty blockage of the refrigeration system pipeline. Because the most easily blocked part of the system is the capillary (or expansion valve), the filter dryer is usually installed between the condenser and the capillary (or expansion valve).

Expansion throttle valve

The high-pressure liquid refrigerant from the liquid storage dryer is throttled and reduced, and the liquid refrigeration dose into the evaporator is adjusted and controlled to adapt to the change of the refrigeration load, and at the same time to prevent the liquid strike phenomenon of the compressor and the abnormal overheating of the evaporator outlet steam.
